Exchanges

Zaffier accepts exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for an exchange:

· Items must be new, unused, and in unaltered condition.

· All original tags must be attached.

· Items must be returned in original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Once the returned item has been delivered to Zaffier, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

If there is a price difference between the returned item and the requested exchange item, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

If the new item has a lower price, no refunds will be issued. The remaining balance will be provided as store credit.

Zaffier reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

Returns

Due to the delicate and personal nature of our products, Zaffier does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Approved returns will receive store credit only.

To qualify for store credit:

• Zaffier accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

• items must be new, unused, and in unaltered condition.

• All the original tags must still be attached, and

• items must be returned in the original packaging.

Once the returned item has been delivered to Zaffier, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.

If a return is approved, store credit will be issued after the physical inspection of the item.

Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Zaffier (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Zaffier is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit.

All defect claims will be reviewed before approval.

All final sales are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit:

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Custom or personalized items

• Sale or discounted items

• Items purchased during promotional events or special sales.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

A verified defect, or
An error made by Zaffier (such as receiving the wrong item)

Condition of returned items.

All returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be accepted and will not qualify for store credit or exchange.

Zaffier reserves the right to inspect and determine the condition of all returned merchandise before approving any return or store credit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email address] within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
Order number.

Failure to provide the required documentation within the 48-hour timeframe may result in the denial of the claim.

Once reviewed, Zaffier may offer a replacement or store credit at its discretion. Zaffier does not offer refunds for damaged items.

Zaffier reserves the right to deny claims that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused during transit.

Due to the delicate nature of jewelry, minor variations or slight imperfections, natural marks are not considered defects.

Final Sale Items & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit:

Earrings
Custom or personalized jewelry
Sale or discounted items
Items purchased during promotional events or special sales.
Items marked as Final Sale

All promotional purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
