Shipping and handling
• Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders without attachments or engraving placed after 1 p.m. CT will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Address changes cannot be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and complete at the time the order is placed.
Zaffier is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to Zaffier by the carrier due to:
• An incorrect or incomplete address
• Delivery failure
• Failure of the customer to claim the package.
The customer will be responsible for all handling and reshipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Address changes cannot be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Carriers
Zaffier ships orders through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary based on location and shipping method.
Currently, Zaffier only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Zaffier is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Zaffier is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure for delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigate the delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier, and Zaffier is not responsible for carrier delays.
If a package is lost in transit before being marked as “Delivered,” please contact us at [your email address]. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Customers must report lost or missing packages within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
If the tracking information shows “Delivered,” Zaffier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly or file a claim with their local office.
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required to ensure safe delivery.
Refused Delivery or Unclaimed packages
if a package is refused by the customer or returned to Zaffier due to:
• An incorrect address
• Delivery failure
• Failure to claim the package.
The customer will be responsible for all reshipping and handling fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Signature Confirmation (Optional)
High-Value Orders verification
For security purposes, Zaffier reserves the right to require signature confirmation for high-value orders.
Additional identity verification or order confirmation may be required before shipment.
Zaffier reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel orders that appear to be high-risk, fraudulent, or suspicious.
Signature confirmation is available on 2-Day and Next-Day Shipping for an additional $5.
This option is recommended for high-value orders to ensure safe delivery.
