Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

• Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order, unless otherwise stated.

• Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly specified.

• Discounts and promotional offers are valid for a limited time only and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Zaffier reserves the right to cancel or refuse promotional orders if misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Product Information, Images & Natural Variations

Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our jewelry, slight variations between pieces may occur. Each item is carefully crafted and may have small differences that make every piece unique.

All product specifications, including but not limited to weight, size, measurements, and dimensions, are approximate and provided for reference only. Actual measurements may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.

Jewelry containing natural stones or materials may show variations in color, pattern, texture, or shade. These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of genuine materials and should not be considered defects.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting conditions, photography, and differences in screen displays, the color and appearance of jewelry and gemstone may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.

These variations are normal and do not constitute defects or grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

Fraud Prevention
Zaffier reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent.
Orders flagged by our payment system for potential fraud may be canceled or require additional verification before shipment.

Zaffier may contact the customer to confirm order details before processing or shipping the order.

Zaffier carefully inspects all returned merchandise. Any items returned that appear to be altered, switched, damaged after delivery, or not originally sold by Zaffier will be rejected.

Zaffier reserves the right to report fraudulent return activity and take appropriate action when necessary.

Identity Verification
For security purposes, Zaffier reserves the right to request additional verification before processing or shipping an order.
This may include:

• identity verification,

• payment confirmation,

• address verification.

Failure to provide the requested verification within the specified timeframe may result in the order being canceled and refunded.

Fraud / Abuse Protection Clause
Zaffier reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, replacements, or store credit in cases ofsuspected fraud, abuse of policies, or excessive claims.

Customers who show patterns of repeated claims, excessive returns, or suspicious activity may have their requests denied at Zaffier’s discretion.

Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
By placing an order with Zaffier, the customer agrees to contact us first to attempt to resolve any issues related to the order before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting us to seek a resolution, Zaffier reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and provide proof of the customer’s agreement to our store policies, including:

• order records,

• tracking information,

• delivery confirmation,

• customer communications.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks that violate our store policies may result in the customer being restricted from placing future orders.

Zaffier reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of suspected chargeback abuse or fraudulent disputes.

Order Cancellation
Zaffier understands that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation window

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

• Orders that have already entered the preparation or fulfillment stage may not be eligible for cancellation.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may wait to receive the order and follow our Return Policy if you wish to request store credit.

• If a cancellation request is approved, the order will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Order cancellations are not accepted for custom orders or orders placed under layaway plans.

Zaffier reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that are submitted after the allowed time window or after the order has entered processing.

Zaffier reserves the right to limit or refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly request order cancellations or abuse our cancellation policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through any of the following methods:

If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Order Cancellation Clause

Zaffier reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving:

• suspected fraud,

• unauthorized transactions,

• violations of our store policies,

• pricing errors,

• inventory issues, or incorrect billing information.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the customer will be notified and refunded using the original payment method.
